You may request a full refund of your mentorship plan tuition within 30 calendar days after the date of purchase. Email funds@alextradingacademy.info within that period from the address used at checkout. Include your name, purchase email, plan name, and order or receipt number. The guarantee applies to the mentorship tuition paid to Alex Rivera Trading Academy; it does not cover separate charges made directly by third-party providers.
After you submit a request
We will confirm receipt and process eligible refunds to the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear can depend on the payment provider and your bank. The processor is not connected yet, so its processing estimate will be added before checkout launches. This guarantee does not limit any additional refund or cancellation rights that apply under law.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable cancellation or refund rights available under applicable law. If these terms conflict with a mandatory consumer protection rule, that rule controls.
