This notice describes what personal information the website and its current third-party form and booking features may process, why it is used, and how US visitors can contact the Academy about privacy requests.
Information this website handles
- Mentorship applications: the embedded form is hosted by Tally. If you submit it, Tally processes and stores the details you provide, including your name, email address, US state, plan interest, market experience, learning goals, and contact consent. The Academy uses these details to review your application and follow up. Tally states that form data is stored in Europe and that it acts as a processor for form responses. - Call bookings: booking is provided by Calendly. If you book, you provide information such as your name, email address, and scheduling details. We receive the booking information needed to arrange and follow up on the call. Calendly processes information under its own Privacy Notice and applicable service terms.
- Website delivery: the hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser, and request logs to deliver and protect the site. Hosting provider: to be identified before launch.
- Fonts: the website requests fonts from Google Fonts. Google’s Privacy Policy describes Google’s data practices.
Cookies and similar technologies
The current site code does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. Embedded Tally and Calendly services may use technologies necessary to provide their forms or booking features under their own practices. Read Tally’s Privacy Notice and Calendly’s Privacy Notice. Your browser can control cookies, though blocking them may affect embedded services.
Retention and security
We intend to retain booking and inquiry details only for the time needed to manage the request and meet applicable business or legal recordkeeping needs. The actual retention period and deletion process must be set before launch. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing. To make a request, email funds@alextradingacademy.info. We may need to verify your identity and will respond as required by applicable law. California residents can learn more about applicable rights from the California Privacy Protection Agency.
Audience, age eligibility, and changes
The program is currently intended for customers in the United States. The program’s minimum age has not been finalized; set and disclose the age requirement before collecting applications or accepting enrollment. We may update this notice when the website or its data practices change; the date above will be revised when the operator adopts a final version.
